1. Bitcoins are sent with the normal bitcoin network, and after we’ve sent it you’ll receive the TXid (transaction ID) so you can track it.

2. When we send XMR you'll also get a TXid (transaction ID), it's harder to track but you can still see amount of confirmations.

3. It's very important that you give us the correct wallet adress, if you send us the wrong adress and we send the crypto we can't do anything to reverse it and your money will be lost.
